Francis Vermeulen
Francis is the living example of his own beliefs.
His conviction and perseverance allowed him to evolve from a worker to a director, mentor and manager in one of Europe’s most successful companies in less than twenty years. Under his leadership, but most of all on the pretext of ‘leading by example’, different international departments were set up.
His insights, professional knowledge and his ability to motivate people, soon provided him with the reputation of mentor, teacher and coach. This is exactly why he was asked by public services and employers’ organizations to get involved in different working groups and commissions.
Francis’s vision, enthusiasm and authenticity make him a much-sought after international speaker, who always manages to pass on the right message to his public. He believes happiness and satisfaction are the consequence of personal self-awareness and growth. In doing this, Francis always strives for balance in every aspect of life.
As a writer, mentor and coach, he sees opportunities in every challenge, and teaches others to see them as well.
Above all, he believes that ‘being happy’ is within reach for each and every one of us. His successes and failures have lead to some remarkable beliefs. He himself refers to them as ‘rivers towards happiness’, because just like a river, they are taking him back to the essence of everything every time again.
